1. Data Architecture & Identity Vectors
Nosair operates strict data siloing. To utilize the platform, we collect specific identity and operational vectors based on your role within the network:
- Clients: Entity Name, System Email, Contact Phone, Encrypted Passwords, and physical destination addresses required for logistics routing.
- Providers (Suppliers): Owner Identity, Commercial Registration numbers, Tax IDs, Dispatch Hub/Warehouse Coordinates, and operational evidence files (PDFs, DOCs, images) necessary for Administrative Auditing.
2. Transactional & Behavioral Telemetry
To optimize the B2B storefront experience, Nosair tracks session-based behavioral data. This includes maintaining active Cart states and tracking your Recently Viewed Assets (up to 15 items) to power algorithmic catalog recommendations. This temporary data is tied securely to your encrypted session tokens.
3. Financial Metrics & Clearances
Nosair displays order totals, projected revenue, and realized revenue within user dashboards. However, Nosair strictly relies on secure payment gateways (e.g., Paymob). We do not ingest, store, or process raw credit card numbers or highly sensitive banking data on our internal servers.
4. Cross-Node Data Sharing
Due to the nature of our split-fulfillment logistics pipeline, when a Client initiates a purchase, their Identity (Name) and Destination Address are transmitted directly to the respective Supplier(s) fulfilling the order. This is required for physical dispatch operations.
5. Data Retention & Erasure
Users maintain the right to have their personal data purged from the active system. Administrators hold terminal commands capable of executing a permanent deletion of your profile, rendering all attached operational data inaccessible.
