1. Network Operations & Acceptance

By accessing the Nosair B2B logistics platform, you agree to be bound by these Master Service Terms. Nosair operates as a multi-node split-fulfillment network, acting as an intermediary between certified structural material providers ("Suppliers") and commercial buyers ("Clients").

2. Supplier Node Obligations

• Compliance Audits: Suppliers must upload verifiable enterprise documentation (Commercial Registration, Tax IDs, and facility/warehouse imagery). Falsification of these documents will result in an immediate node ban.
• Material Accuracy: Structural assets deployed to the catalog must accurately reflect ASTM or local standards. Product specifications, including Flash Deal pricing and stock volumes, must be strictly maintained.
• Order Fulfillment: Suppliers must actively manage the Dispatch Network. Orders marked as "PENDING" must be transitioned through the fulfillment matrix ("CONFIRMED", "IN_PROGRESS", "SHIPPED") promptly.

3. Flash Deals & Pricing Logic

Suppliers possess the authority to initialize "Flash Deals" (temporary price reductions managed by an automated countdown) and "Standard Offers". Nosair prohibits deceptive pricing models. The "Base Price" mapped before a discount must reflect the legitimate, historical standard price of the asset.

4. Logistics, Tracking & Liability

Client orders are assigned a unique tracking identifier (ORD). Because Nosair operates a split-fulfillment architecture, a single order may contain assets dispatched from multiple independent Supplier hubs.

Nosair is a facilitation technology. We do not assume direct legal liability for the structural integrity, latent defects, or delayed arrival of materials routed directly from Supplier nodes.

5. Quality Assessments (Reviews)

Clients are authorized to submit Quality Assessments (ratings and reviews) for procured materials. Network Administrators reserve the right to permanently remove assessments containing profane, illicit, or manipulated content.

6. Account Termination

System Administrators hold universal authority to Suspend or Ban any Client or Provider entity demonstrating unusual behavior, fraudulent transactions, or failure to adhere to compliance protocols.
