Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and protect your personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we keep it safe.

01What we collect

  • Buyers: name, e-mail, mobile number, password (hashed), delivery addresses and their map location if you choose to pin it, and your order and invoice history.
  • Suppliers: owner details, company name, commercial registration and VAT number, warehouse address, and the documents uploaded for verification.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and the essential cookies needed for sign-in, the cart, and language and currency preferences. Only if you accept them, analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) to measure how the store and its ads perform; declining does not affect your use of the site.

02How we use it

  • To create and manage your account, fulfil and deliver your orders, and issue tax invoices.
  • To send important notifications such as order confirmation, status changes, return requests and password recovery.
  • To prevent fraud, secure the platform and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

03Online payments

Payments are processed by the licensed gateway Paymob on a secure, encrypted, PCI DSS-compliant page. Your card details never reach our servers and we do not store them; we only receive the result, the transaction reference and the last four digits of the card for reconciliation and refunds.

04Sharing

  • With the supplier concerned only: your name, delivery address and mobile number, because they are needed to ship your order.
  • With the payment gateway Paymob: the data needed to complete the payment (name, e-mail, mobile, amount).
  • With government authorities when legally required.
  • We never sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing.

05Security and retention

We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS), hashed passwords and protected sessions and forms, and keep supplier documents in private storage only the admin team can access. Invoices and order records are kept for as long as tax and commercial regulations require; other data is deleted when an account is closed.

06Your rights

You can view and correct your data from your account page, request a copy of it or deletion of your account, and withdraw consent to non-essential messages. For privacy matters, e-mail us at info@memaar-hub.com.
