Shipping & Delivery Policy

01Where we deliver

We deliver to the main cities of the Kingdom. Each supplier sets the cities they serve, shown on the product page; if your address is outside a supplier’s area you will see a message at checkout before you confirm. If delivery becomes impossible for any reason after ordering, the supplier or our team will contact you within one business day to arrange a suitable alternative or cancel the order with a full refund.

02Delivery times

• Main cities: 2–5 business days from order confirmation.
• Other cities and regions: 5–10 business days.
• Large or special orders (such as ready-mix concrete or cut steel) are scheduled with you directly.

If your order contains items from more than one supplier, they may arrive in separate shipments.

03Delivery fees

Delivery fees depend on the delivery city and are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm. Delivery may be free above a set order value or with a free-delivery coupon.

04Tracking

Follow your order’s status (pending, confirmed, processing, shipped, delivered) on the Track order page or in your account; you receive an e-mail at every update.

05Receiving your order

• Make sure the address and map pin are accurate, someone is available to receive the order, and there is room to unload.
• Inspect the materials on delivery. If anything is damaged or missing, photograph it, tell the driver, and open a return request from your account.
• If delivery fails because nobody is available or the address is wrong, a re-delivery fee may apply.

06Delays

If delivery is late you can contact us at info@memaar-hub.com or 966548117362. If a delay exceeds 15 days without prior agreement, you may cancel the order for a full refund.
