01About the platform

MEMAAR HUB is a business-to-business (B2B) marketplace connecting verified building-material suppliers with contractors, companies and individuals in Saudi Arabia.

The platform lists suppliers’ products, takes orders and payments and issues the invoice; each supplier prepares and ships their own items. One order may contain items from several suppliers.

02Accounts

• The information you provide must be accurate and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
• Account holders must be at least 18 years old and legally able to contract, or be authorised to act for a business.
• Supplier and admin accounts cannot place orders.
• We may suspend or close any account that breaches these terms or is suspected of fraud.

03Prices and VAT

• Prices are shown in Saudi riyals and include VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT and delivery fees are shown separately at checkout before you confirm the order.
• Every order receives an electronic tax invoice with a QR code, as required by ZATCA.
• For offers, the “before discount” price must be the product’s genuine regular price — misleading pricing is not allowed.
• If a price is obviously wrong because of a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.

04Payment

• Accepted methods: bank cards (mada, Visa, Mastercard) and Apple Pay through the licensed payment gateway Paymob, or bank transfer against invoice.
• Online payments are processed entirely on Paymob’s secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment page. Your card details never reach our servers and we do not store them.
• An order is confirmed once the online payment succeeds, or once an invoice order is accepted. If a payment is not completed within 60 minutes the order is cancelled automatically and the stock released.
• All amounts are charged in Saudi riyals.

05Delivery, returns and cancellation

Deliveries are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our Returns & Cancellation Policy. Both are published on the platform and form part of these terms.

06Supplier obligations

• Submit valid legal documents (commercial registration, VAT number and warehouse address). False documents result in a permanent ban.
• Describe products accurately, meet the Saudi standards that apply, and keep prices and stock up to date.
• Update each order’s status promptly, deliver on time, and handle return requests under the returns policy.
• The relationship with suppliers is set out in detail in the Supplier Agreement (commission, payouts, suspension).

07Liability

We make every effort to keep information accurate and the service available. We are not liable for indirect losses or for damage caused by misuse of materials after delivery. In any case our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

08Reviews and content

Buyers who received a product can review it; we may remove reviews that are abusive, misleading or unrelated to the product, under the Acceptable Use Policy. All trademarks, logos and content on the platform belong to their owners and may not be copied without permission.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and its implementing regulations. Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
